Shambhu Prasad is an ordinary man, and typically a victim of circumstances. He wants what is due to him - nothing more nor less. To get his rightful dues Shambhu is bucking the big established players - real estate magnates and industry owners who have the full backing of the government, which itself was voted to power by people like Shambhu Prasad.
